Ponder This-------
The first display of God's unmerited Grace.
Adam and Eve sinned; realized their nakedness and made effort (works) to cover their nakedness when they sewed fig leaves together. In fact, they hid from God.
(Gen 3:7-8)KJV (7)And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons. (8)And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
But, God took matters into His own hands. He took it upon Himself to shed the blood of an animal in order to cover them. A shedding of blood - a foretelling of Jesus the Lamb of God. They didn't ask. The didn't work for it. Matter of fact there is no record of them repenting? God the Father just did it as an act of Grace.
God's first act of Grace!
Gen. 3:21 (AMP) The LORD God made tunics of [animal] skins for Adam and his wife and clothed them.
This is your "Grace Point" for the day!

Yours always in Jesus,
